The first paid add-on for Satisfactory brings new underground biomes, buildings, creatures and a new story.

On 29 September 2026, Coffee Stain Studios announced the first paid expansion for Satisfactory: Core Values. As the name hints, this time the factory grows deeper rather than wider – Pioneers will build beneath the surface as well.

🔎 What we know so far

• New underground biomes: a brand-new expedition below the surface, with new resources, flora and fauna.
• New factory buildings and production lines: fresh building options for your underground factory.
• New creatures: including a feline-like companion.
• New story: a storyline of its own centered on the underground.
• Scope: reportedly around 400 to 500 hours of additional content.
• Platforms: PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

📅 When does Core Values launch?

There is no release date yet. According to reports, the expansion will not launch in 2026. Coffee Stain has not revealed a price either.

❓ What is still open

Many details are still unclear – for example how the underground connects to existing saves and how co-op factories will work down there. We are following the announcements and will update this post as soon as there is news.
