Our most ambitious project yet starts with one simple question: what if your server understood you?
We are working on a major overhaul of ZAP-Hosting under the name ZapX. It is not a small update, not an old panel with a new coat of paint and not just a chatbot placed on top of an existing system. ZapX is our vision for what server hosting should feel like in the future: easier, more direct and much more intelligent.
To begin this journey, Marvin Kluck, founder and CEO of ZAP-Hosting, shared a personal message:
A word from me, Marvin Kluck, founder and CEO of ZAP-Hosting
I started ZAP-Hosting back in 2010, from my childhood bedroom, with nothing but a cheap server and the conviction that hosting could be done better. Sixteen years later we're powering game, VPS, dedicated and TeamSpeak servers for a community of hundreds of thousands of players around the world. That kid is still here, still building.
I'll be honest: I'm completely hooked on what artificial intelligence can do right now. But I'm not interested in slapping a chatbot on an old panel and calling it the future. With ZapX, we asked a simple question: what if your server understood you? What if you could just tell it what you want, and it actually did the work, safely, instantly, with you in control?
That's what ZapX is. An intelligent assistant on every server: it reads your logs, fixes your configs, installs your mods, runs commands inside your VPS, sets up your DNS and always asks before it does anything risky. The technical wall between "I have an idea" and "it's live" is finally coming down.
Server hosting hasn't really changed in two decades. We intend to change that. ZapX is the most ambitious thing we've ever built, and we're going to reveal it to you piece by piece over the coming weeks. I can't wait to show you what we've made.

ZapX is designed to close the gap between having an idea and actually getting it online. Instead of fighting through technical hurdles, your server should be able to actively help you: understanding errors, adjusting configs, installing mods, running commands and setting up important services.
For us, ZapX is more than a new interface. It is a new approach to hosting. Over the coming weeks, we will share more details, more insights and more features.
