RuneScape: Dragonwilds, the open-world survival crafting game set in the RuneScape universe, is now available as the full version 1.0 release – in addition to PC, it's now also available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. Team up with up to three other players to explore the forgotten continent of Ashenfall, gather resources, build your base, and challenge the mighty Dragon Queens.
Dragonwilds is best enjoyed on your own dedicated server, where you can keep playing together over time. At ZAP-Hosting, your RuneScape: Dragonwilds server is set up instantly, protected against DDoS attacks, easy to manage through the web interface, and comes with free FTP access.
The biggest addition in version 1.0 is full crossplay: players on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Switch 2 can now join the same dedicated server together. This is controlled via the PlatformPolicy parameter in the server's configuration file (DedicatedServer.ini) – accepted values are Crossplay, PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo. Crossplay is already enabled by default, so friends on any platform can join right away without any extra configuration.
If you'd rather restrict your server to a single platform, you can set that via PlatformPolicy as well. We're currently working on making this setting available as its own convenient option directly in the ZAP-Hosting panel – no manual config-file editing required.
