Our main EU location. Tier III data center with our own infrastructure, redundant power and fiber feeds, and our own on-site office.

Our Server Hardware

Our servers run on current enterprise hardware, continuously expanded and modernized.

This is our current hardware standard, continuously rolled out across our locations – most recently at our European main location and all three US locations. It’s the standard CPU for VPS, gameservers, and TeamSpeak; dedicated servers additionally offer AMD Ryzen 9950X/9700X or Intel Xeon Gold.

Additional Locations Through a Hosting Partner

For even better geographic coverage, we also offer servers at additional locations, where we rent hardware from a specialized data center partner instead of operating our own infrastructure.

The difference: at our own locations (Eygelshoven, Ashburn, Dallas, Los Angeles) we consistently use our own hardware described above and our own DDoS protection system. At the additional partner locations, we instead use the hardware and DDoS protection of our on-site data center partner – ideal for offering low latency in these regions too, without operating our own data center there.

Eygelshoven (Germany)

We operate our European main data center in Eygelshoven (the Netherlands, right on the German border near Aachen), with our own infrastructure, our own network, and our own on-site office. The Tier III data center features redundant power and fiber feeds.

Hardware:
Our VPS instances, gameservers, and TeamSpeak servers run by default on Dual AMD EPYC 7763 processors (128 cores / 256 threads, up to 2 TB RAM per server) with 100 Gbit/s network connectivity per system. Eygelshoven is also the only one of our locations with a triple-replicated NVMe Ceph storage cluster.

DDoS Protection:
Our servers are protected by PletX, with a filtering capacity of up to 4 Tbit/s.

IP Networks:
As an official RIPE member, we offer our own IP addresses at this location.

Ashburn (US)

At the PsychZ data center in the state of Virginia, we operate our own location with our own hardware and network technology.

Hardware:
Our servers run on Dual AMD EPYC 7763 processors (128 cores / 256 threads, up to 2 TB RAM per server).

DDoS Protection:
This location is protected by PletX, with a filtering capacity of up to 4 Tbit/s.

On-site staff:
The data center provides support and technicians around the clock.

IP Networks:
At this location, as an official RIPE member, we have our own IP networks and therefore offer booking of our own IP addresses.

Dallas (US)

At the PsychZ data center in the state of Texas, we operate our own location with our own hardware and network technology.

Hardware:
Our servers run on Dual AMD EPYC 7763 processors (128 cores / 256 threads, up to 2 TB RAM per server).

DDoS Protection:
This location is protected by PletX, with a filtering capacity of up to 4 Tbit/s.

On-site staff:
The data center provides support and technicians around the clock.

IP Networks:
At this location, as an official RIPE member, we have our own IP networks and therefore offer booking of our own IP addresses.

Los Angeles (US)

At the PsychZ data center in the state of California, we operate our own location with our own hardware and network technology. According to the operator, the data center is rated “Exceeds Tier III” with 99.995% availability.

Hardware:
Our servers run on Dual AMD EPYC 7763 processors (128 cores / 256 threads, up to 2 TB RAM per server).

DDoS Protection:
This location is protected by PletX, with a filtering capacity of up to 4 Tbit/s.

On-site staff:
The data center provides support and technicians around the clock.

IP Networks:
At this location, as an official RIPE member, we have our own IP networks and therefore offer booking of our own IP addresses.

London (UK)

With our location in London (UK) at the data center of our hosting partner, we expand our coverage in Europe. In addition to our European main location Eygelshoven, customers from the UK in particular benefit from our London location.

Other mainland European countries already have excellent latency to Eygelshoven, so there is no need for additional mainland locations.

At this location we use current server and gaming hardware from our data center partner, exclusively with NVMe SSD storage.

DDoS Protection:
This location is secured by our data center partner’s baseline DDoS protection.

On-site personnel:
Technicians are on duty around the clock and are automatically informed in the event of any failures.

Sydney (Australia)

With the Sydney location at our hosting partner’s data center in Australia, we cover the entire Australian region (OCE) as well as New Zealand. Players from this region benefit from extremely short ping times and no longer need to fall back on American or South Asian servers.

At this location we use current server and gaming hardware from our data center partner, exclusively with NVMe SSD storage.

DDoS Protection:
This location is secured by our data center partner’s baseline DDoS protection.

On-site personnel:
Technicians are on duty around the clock and are automatically informed in the event of any failures.

Singapore

With the Singapore location at our hosting partner’s data center in Asia, we cover the entire Southeast Asian region (SEA). Players from countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam particularly benefit from this location.

At this location we use current server and gaming hardware from our data center partner, exclusively with NVMe SSD storage.

DDoS Protection:
This location is secured by our data center partner’s baseline DDoS protection.

Montreal (Canada)

With the Montreal (more precisely: Beauharnois) location at our hosting partner’s data center in Canada, we cover not only Canada’s east coast but also the US east coast. Optimal pings can be expected especially in American metropolitan areas such as New York, Philadelphia, or Pittsburgh.

At this location we use current server and gaming hardware from our data center partner, exclusively with SSD storage.
