It is essential that you have previous experience using our web interface and are familiar with all its functions.

The tasks include responding to customer inquiries in the ticket system and possibly also in the live chat. This job is particularly suitable for students (16 years and older) because the working hours can be flexibly scheduled (preferably in the afternoons and evenings), and the position can be part-time, full-time, or as a 450€ job. Payment is based on hourly rates (amount depends on qualifications).
