Last weekend, Bohemia Interactive released the standalone game Argo. Argo is based on the Arma 3 mod Project Argo but can now be downloaded and played as a standalone game for free. An existing license for Arma 3 is not necessary to play Argo.

Argo is a tactical MP shooter with 5v5 game modes, where players fight over the remains of a crashed space station and earn EP to upgrade characters (through weapons and equipment). In a 10-player cooperative mode, players must work together to overcome computer-controlled opponents.

The game comes with the 3D Scenario Editor, allowing players to create their own missions or modify the game modes.

Argo is available for free on Steam here. However, those who want to support the developers can purchase a paid Argo Supporter's Pack.

Conan Exiles will receive a new expansion on August 16, 2017, which can be downloaded free of charge for all previous buyers of Conan Exiles and will be included in the purchase version for all later buyers. Ark: Survival Evolved, a dino survival game that surely reminds some of the 80s animated series Dino-Riders, has been in Early Access since June 2015 and has been diligently developed and updated since then.

On August 8, 2017, the game will be officially released and will no longer be considered Early Access. The PC version, Xbox, and PS4 versions will be released then, at a price higher than what players had to pay for the Early Access version by the way. At the official launch, the game will cost €59.99 for the PC version and €69.99 on consoles. At E3, some Minecraft news have been revealed.

Arguably the biggest one is that Minecraft will enable cross-platform play with the Better Together Update:
Regardless of whether you're playing Minecraft on an Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Windows 10 PC, iOS or Android phones, or a Virtual Reality device, you'll be able to play with other players on the same servers. Unfortunately, PS4 players won't be able to play with players from other systems for the time being.
