New server locations in the USA: LA and Ashburn

All products available at the LA (US West) and Ashburn (US East) locations

We have taken our new server locations in the USA live and now also offer a location on the West Coast of the USA with the Los Angeles location. In addition to Los Angeles, the Ashburn location on the East Coast of the USA has also been added. At both locations, our own hardware is used and we can offer our premium DDoS protection from Combahton and all products, i.e. KVM rootservers and VPSs in addition to game-servers and Teamspeak servers.
Due to the proximity of Ashburn to Vint Hill and the advantages that the Ashburn location offers, new servers on the East Coast can only be ordered for the Ashburn location. If you have rented a game-server at the Vint Hill location from us and would like to benefit from the premium DDoS protection in Ashburn, you can simply migrate the game server to the Ashburn data centre via our Up/Downgrade function and even receive ZAP Coins back and pay less in the future, as the surcharge compared to our servers in Frankfurt in Ashburn is only 10% instead of 25% for servers in Vint Hill!
If you live on the West Coast and have rented a game-server in Texas, you can migrate the server to the Los Angeles location at no extra cost using the Up/Downgrade function.

Important: If you change the location of your server, we recommend to create a backup before the migration!
Currently, only game-servers can be migrated to other locations via the Up/Downgrade function, but we are working on offering this function for Teamspeak and virtual servers in the future.
