Yesterday it has been confirmed by the public health department that one of our employees has fallen ill with COVID-19 from the corona virus.
Apart from the mild symptoms such as fever, chills, sore throat and headaches, the person affected is doing well, however, according to the circumstances.

For our team this unfortunately means that we have to clear the office again and go into a quarantine phase. All employees with corresponding symptoms or with proven contact have already been tested and are waiting with us for the test results.
For 14 days our support team will again move to the home office and will do its best to continue to answer customer inquiries as quickly as possible.
However, since further cases of infection in the support area cannot be ruled out, there may be a little waiting time in the next few days.

Of course we try to keep this as short as possible. Nevertheless, we apologize for the delays in processing live chats and tickets caused by the circumstances, but at the same time we hope for your understanding for the difficult situation.
