Battalion 1944 is a World War II shooter that harks back to the old classics. Noteworthy is its gameplay, which combines the classic Call of Duty with the faster shooter classics Counter-Strike and Quake. There are no combos, no collectible equipment, or the like. Just fast-paced gameplay where pure skill counts.

Stationeers by Dean Hall (creator of DayZ) has entered the Early Access phase this week, and now Stationeers servers can also be rented at ZAP-Hosting.

Stationeers is a complex space station simulator inspired by the sandbox role-playing game Space Station 13. The target audience is hardcore gamers:

In Stationeers, players construct space stations (alone in single-player or with others in multiplayer) and manage them. Squad is a tactical shooter, which can be compared to the Arma and Battlefield series and has been accompanied by a loyal community since the release of its first alpha version. Squad is currently still in Steam's Early Access program and is regularly updated.

Eco, on the other hand, is an ecologically inspired survival game where a complete ecosystem is simulated, and players not only have to survive but also have to be careful not to destroy the fragile balance of this ecosystem. The Napoleonic battle simulation Holdfast: Nations at War has been released as an Early Access game on Steam, and servers can now be ordered from ZAP Hosting.

Holdfast: Nations at War can be compared to the Napoleonic Wars mod for Mount & Blade. Like Napoleonic Wars, it simulates Napoleonic battles.

The game is currently in Early Access, but many features are already available:
