Palworld Technology Tree: How To Get Them All
The Tech Tree in Palworld is where all the good stuff is. It allows you to unlock a ton of new items, upgrades, technologies, and so much more that will make your entire palworld experience top-notch. It's like a branching map, with each branch representing a different category of advancements.

To unlock all the items, you need Technology Points. Once you have collected enough points, you can then unlock the items at each level of the tree.
Technology Points
Technology Points are the currency you will need to unlock all the items in the Technology Tree. Each item requires at least one of these points, which can be collected from multiple sources.
Here are a few ways you can get the technology points in Palworld.
1. Leveling Up
The easiest way is by leveling up. The more pals you collect and do all sorts of exploration around the Palworld map, you will be leveled up and get technology points. As a beginner, this is the best to unlock the basic items in the tech tree such as the crafting bench and basic tools.
2. Unlock Fast Travel
Another super easy way that is risk-free and does not involve pal fighting is to unlock the Fast Travel places. Simply take any of your flying pals, and check out a bright orange lit up on the ground. That is your fast travel point. By unlocking it you can get Technology Points.
3. Dungeons
To get Technology Points, you can collect different Technical Manuals. These manuals can be found in the chest hidden in Dungeons spread across the map.
Now, some are pretty low-level Dungeons and may not always have these manuals. However, there are some high-level ones such as the Sacred Mountain Cavern (-228, 262) that can give you the Future Technical Manual (3 Tech Points) after you have completed this Dungeon.
Other than this, you can also get Innovative Technical Manual (2 Tech Points) and High-Grade Technical Manual in these Dungeons (1 Tech Point).
4. Wildlife Sanctuarie
There are three such Wildlife Sanctuaries around the map where you can easily find 8-9 Technical Manuals on each of these locations. Since these locations respawn within a specific time period, you can keep coming back for more.
5. Pals
Every time you defeat any Alpha Pal, you get some Technology Points. There are about 40-45 of these Pals around the Palworld map and you can easily collect them.
Other than this, there are some pals that drop Innovative Technical Manuals (Anubis, Shadowbeak, Lyleen, and Lyleen Noct) and High-grade Technical Manuals (Wixen, Hoocrates, and Katress) that give some Tech Points as discussed above. You can find these pals by checking out their location in the Pal Deck or you can breed them and have better chances.
Once you have acquired all these technical points, you can go ahead and start unlocking the items and upgrades you will need from the tech tree.
Some of the items might be hidden, and they can only be unlocked once you have captured the associated Pal for them.
Technology Tree (Level 1 - Level 55)
Now, let’s check out each of the items available in the Technology Tree. There are a total of 55 Levels with a total of 300+ items to unlock.
Furthermore, you will have to craft each of these items for which you will need Wood, Ores, Stones, Plasteel, and multiple other materials. Here is everything you need to know.

Ancient Technology Tree
Similar to the Technology Tree, you also have a small section for Ancient Technology as well. Here, you can unlock some pretty cool and very important items such as the Large Power Generator, Egg Incubator, etc., as you cross multiple levels in the game.
To unlock these items, you need Ancient Technology Points that aren’t as easy to find as compared to the general Technology Points spread across the map.
These points can be collected by:
- Defeating Alpha and Tower Bosses
- Looting Chests in the Wildlife Sanctuary
- Completing Dungeons for Chests
- Collecting Ancient Technical Manuals
