This job opportunity is ideal for students who do not live near Münster and prefer to earn money from home, preferably during the afternoon and evening hours. It is essential that you have previous experience using our web interface and are familiar with all its functions.

The tasks include responding to customer inquiries in the ticket system and possibly also in the live chat. This job is particularly suitable for students (16 years and older) because the working hours can be flexibly scheduled (preferably in the afternoons and evenings), and the position can be part-time, full-time, or as a 450€ job. Payment is based on hourly rates (amount depends on qualifications).

Your responsibilities at ZAP:

• Assisting customers in the ticket system and possibly later in the live chat
• Assigning tickets to the 2nd Level Support

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum age 16 years
• Ability to work independently and proficiency in using search engines
• Fast typing speed (at least 70 words per minute)
• Very good German spelling
• English skills are advantageous
• Experience in managing game servers & Linux servers
