RedM: Enable Dev Tools for extended debugging information

Introduction
The RedM Dev Tools are a set of development tools provided for the RedM platform to help developers develop, debug and optimize their servers and resources more efficiently.
Use cases
Activating and using the dev tools will provide you with extensive debugging information. This gives you an overview and information for the following use cases:
- Resource Monitoring
- Event Logger
- Profiler
- Network Diagnostics
- Console & Debug Output
Preparation
To be able to use the RedM dev tools, the Beta channel must be selected and activated in the RedM client settings under Game. A restart of the client is required once the change has been made.
Use dev tools
The Dev Tools can be accessed by opening the console with the F8 key. Once there, you will see the Tools section at the top of the console navigation, where you will find the most common tools.
Are you not seeing all the tool options as shown in the screenshot? In this case, you have probably not set the channel correctly as in the preparation or have forgotten to restart the client.
