VPS: Gameserver / Ts 3 Server Interface
What is the Gameserver / TS3 Server Interface anyway?
With the interface you can easily install a Teamspeak 3 server or various selected game servers on your Linux server in just a few clicks. And you don't need any experience with Linux!
Important: The interface can only be installed on the following Linux distributions:
- Debian 10
- Debian 11
Preparations
To install the Gameserver-Webinterface. Navigate to the menu in your settings category.
You're now in the setup assistant, which requires to generate a ssh key. Just press on "Generate SSH key"
A new window opens, you just need to press "Add key" The key will now be added into your server and you will be redirected.
** Important**: If the key is not recognized the first time successfully, please restart the server once and also reload the page after that.
Simply press on "Create" now, the gameserver webinterface will do everything else by itself.
Completing the installation
You can now see the progress of the installation. Until everything is completely installed and configured, it can take about 15-20 minutes.
Attention: Please do not continue until the interface is completely installed. It is completely installed as long as the progress bar has disappeared and as soon as every package says "installed" instead of "missing".
Installation of a game server
Now that the installation is complete, we can start installing a game server. For this you can click here on "Install game server":
In the following window you can select the IP address of the desired game server. (If your server has more than one IP) You can also specify the desired port, the number of slos and the RAM boost. As far as all details fit you can click on "Install game server now".
Install the desired game
You can now view your server in the gameserver list and click on it.
You are now in the administration of your game server. Here you can click on the tab "Games" on the left.
Here you can find a list of all games you could install on your server. In our example we want to install Paperspigot. To do so, we type "Paperspigot" into the search bar and click on the green "install" button to the right of the game.
Now you see the conditions of the game and can choose the version to be installed. By clicking on "Accept and install" the game will be installed.
This takes a few minutes, depending on the game. Afterwards you can start your game server and connect to it in-game!
Installation of a Teamspeak 3 server
The installation of a Teamspeak 3 server is almost identical to the installation of a game server. First you have to click on "Gameserver / Ts3" again. Here you can now click on "Install Voiceserver".
In the following window you can also make some small changes. For example, changing the respective ports and changing the version.
As far as all information fits you can click on "Install Teamspeak 3 / 5 Server now".
WARNING: We recommend always using the latest version.
You can now view and click on the installed Teamspeak 3 server in the "Voiceserver" overview.
Attention: This is the instance where the actual Teamspeak 3 server will be installed.
You are now in the interface of the instance of your installed Teamspeak 3 server. You can now start the instance by clicking on the "Start" button.

You can now click on "virtual servers".
Here you can see your installed Teamspeak 3 servers on your instance. With a click on the "eye" you can access the interface of the pure Teamspeak 3 server.
In the interface of the Teamspeak 3 server you will find all necessary information. For example, you can create a token under the tab "Authorization Key" with which you get admin rights on your server. Under "Settings" you can for example change the name of your server, set a password or a greeting.
Important : No license is installed by default. This means that you can only use one Teamspeak 3 server with 32 slots.
