Obtain server details

You will require all the relevant information necessary to connect to your server. The information about your server can be found on the dashboard of your game server's web interface panel. Important information includes the following:

  • Server name
  • Search Session ID (Live Console)

Using the information mentioned above, you should be able to locate your server and ensure that you connect to the correct server.

Establish server connection

The connection to a game server can often be established in one or more ways. Available methods are described and explained in detail below.

To connect to a server, you must start or continue your Career in the game. Then click on Convoy and call up Convoy Lobby. The server list will open, in which you can search for your server using the server name.

Server not visible?

If you are unable to find your server using the server name, you can alternatively search for the session search ID in the live console and use this to search for and find your server. Copy the search session ID without the “/101” part.
