On 19/11/2024 a fire in a power substation caused a regional power outage which affected our Frankfurt / Eygelshoven datacenter. This resulted in a high volume of servers and our website becoming unavailable for a period of time. Both the fire and power in the region were restored within the span of a few hours.Unfortunately, we remotely identified various problems caused by the sudden power outage, leading to a team being dispatched to the server location. Our on-site team was able to progress and resolve the outstanding problems in due time, restoring remaining server functionality. We are still investigating this incident and have already started to perform necessary changes to avoid similar incidents like this in the future.We provide our most sincere apologies for any inconveniences this downtime may have caused. We have added a new feature for Minecraft servers: Player Management.

Through the Player Management, you can add and remove operators (admins), guests (whitelist), and bans directly via the web interface. To manage players, follow these steps: Open your Minecraft server in the web interface. Click on "Player Management". Click the "Plus button" next to "Operators", "Guest List", or "Bans" to add operators, guests, or bans. Enter the desired player names and click "Add Operators", "Add Players", or "Ban Players"
To remove players from a list, simply click on the red trash bin button next to the player’s name:Please note the following: The server must be online to make changes. The list updates immediately.
