No, it is not possible to edit the start parameters. However, if you want to include mods, this is no problem. In the webinterface it is possible to enter the mods and they will be added to the start parameter.Of course you can also tell us about certain commands for the start parameter and we will add a function to be able to edit this in the start parameter. :)If you host an Arma 3 server on a vServer or Rootserver from us, then it is possible for you to edit the start parameter freely.:)

can you play the arma 3 apex missions on the server and if so how

Yes, just load it into the mpmissions folder and enter the name of the mission at "template" in the config.
